Would you guys consider another trigger in Zapier. I'm a Mindbody user and would love to send intricate communication to my members based on last visitation. I know you guys can send an email out and are working on text messages, but I would love to be able to send different messages each time they go dormant for say over 14 days. The first time I could send a short video of me talking, the second time a group photo of my team saying "we miss you" and things like that. I would have no problem setting all that up if I could just pull an "updated contact" data for those who hit your server for not showing for a little while. I understand you guys want to do most of that lifting, but through Zapier I could trigger another MMS once they check in after a "we miss you" type of communication going out where I praise them for getting back on track. I don't know if you would be open to this, but with 5200 requests for a Mindbody Zapier integration, I would be shocked if you couldn't add a ton of clients by being the bridge to MB on top of all the great features you guys have. I would also love triggers on new contracts/ sales and expiring contracts/ sales. This would make it easy to keep Google Sheets of active member lists super accurate with no extra admin work, should we want to email blast active current members from your site. Thanks for the consideration!
WhatsApp is rapidly becoming the standard for communicating with members and between people. It's an absolute requirement as response rates are far higher than SMS and Email and there is the benefit of being able to see if a message has been received and read
