negative tone for email/text notifications

The new email notifcations for texts says "impatiently waiting for you to respond"....the first time I saw it, I thought a customer texted it. On top of that, we have to click to see the message. Before, it simply said text received with the message in the email. This was a feature that went backwards.

Follow up: Thanks for changing the email subject, but it hasn't gone back to showing the message in the email. I have to click to see it, which is extra time. The feature previously would show the message in the email.

Totally agree. I was very concerned there was a customer issue. But mostly it wastes my time having to click the link every time to see what a customer says. Please change back
