Using templates while texting your customers is now improved with the following updates:
  • All new templates will require a title to be created. All existing templates have been given a default title which can be edited at any time.
  • If a template uses any variables, those variables will be prefilled when the template is selected for a particular contact.
  • A search option has been added so that you are able to search templates by title or by content.
