Hey, Referrizer! I wish there was a way to mark text messages in the Referrizer inbox as "unread" -- just like regular email.
ALSO I SUPER dislike the new thing in my email inbox. When a client texts us, it pops up as an email in my inbox. It used to show me what the client said in the message, and then I could click on the "reply" function and it would send them a text. Now it just says that they're "impatiently waiting for you" which is a SUPER drag -- not only does it put more psychological pressure on your customers' end (y'all we are STRESSED ENOUGH without needing my inbox to tell me that someone is "impatiently waiting"), but it also makes it more challenging to see which texts I need to respond to now vs later, and which texts can be deleted from my email inbox at a glance.
Please bring back the actual message feature when those pop up in my email.
