I believe that the text credit refill should not default to 10000 credits for $500. I wanted to only make a one time purchase of text credits and when clicked the one time purchase button it immediately charged me $500. I had to then go through a whole refund even though I contacted support immediately to NOT allow the purchase to go through. There was not even a confirmation page stating are you sure you want to make this purchase, just an immediate charge of $500. I literally needed only 100 credits, but the default is to charge $500. NOT COOL! Please fix that feature to ask for confirmation of the amount to purchase. Please also do not set the default to $500. That is a lot for a small business to pay.
