Where are you on this capability? I saw it was under review on Jan, 2021... it's about to be Jan. 2024. This feature would be amazing!!! Best plan would to be able to select profiles then have a drop down menu with different options on what to do with them. (ie: merge, delete, change tag ect.)

Give the possibility to merge customers, I am losing a lot of time finding one person that is in the system 3 times
