Contacts

This is an important feature as sometimes the software does make duplicate profiles. Sometimes clients submit under different names, emails, or numbers. Being able to merge contacts into one contact profile under contacts, manage contacts would be great. It would be such that we are able to click one button that gives a window/prompt containing the original profile and then a field to enter the name/number/email to find the profile to be merged into the original, adding points, notes, info to supplement the main profile. Warnings should be given if the merged profile has information that will fill out already filled out fields (esp if a minor name variance/email variance occurs) so we can choose whether or not to keep or update information with the new info.

It would be helpful to have a birthday section to input on the quick add contact screen instead of having to open the full contact profile page to edit.

It would be great to exit/delete the Import Status notification once completed. A lot of clients do not automatically check themselves in through the QR code so we will manually import a list of new clients to Referrizer every so often. We love how Referrizer has helped with reviews so we manually make sure every client has checked in. Being able to click out of the status once complete would make the contact screen more roomy.

need to be able to merge contacts. It's super inefficient when you try to add a person and their email or phone # already exists and you can't merge it. For such an expensive monthly fee your software should be better

We need option to have related contacts for parents and child accounts.
